Opening Ceremony

          From year 2009, we (Indian &some; Pakistani in pattaya, Thailand ) start to join and play cricket together. We build our own cricket club to do many activities about cricket and other good things, we don't want to separate any person any country any religion in our club, so we use the name " Asian Star Cricket Club"

         We want to promote cricket,brotherhood and unity. Our opening ceremony held on 3rd April 2010 at Mumbai magic restaurant, Pattaya.

  

                                      After official ceremony we start our own fun party !!

Our ground

We do net practice on every Wednesday from 7 am to 9 am  and match practice on Saturday in ground at            Horseshoe Point, Pattaya.   

First match (officially)

      Asian Star has played our first match on 21st March 2010 at Horse Shoe Point (HSP), Pattaya

The opponent were the Pattaya Cricket Club (PCC)
      It was 30 over fixture and after winning the toss ASCC chose to bat and scored 225/8 in the allotted 30 over.
      PCC were bundled out on 145 and thus ASCC scores the winning start with massive victory.

History of Asian Star Cricket Club

YEAR 2009 :

Some Indian & Pakistani friends staying in Pattaya got
together & started playing CRICKET in the INDOOR with
TENNIS BALL WRAPPED WITH THE TAPE.

NOV 2009 :
Kamlesh, Dimple, Sam & Happy come up with the idea
that we Should have our own club & team and should play
regular cricket and participate in tournaments in Thailand
Idea was good but creating the infrastructure was
the biggest challenge.

JAN 2010 :
Komal & Ajay started burning the mid night oil to find out the ways to convert the idea of Club into reality. Several initiatives taken for creating the infrastructure and providing all the required resources.
There were several challenges came in the road, such as the funds, getting the players & people together, arranging the Kit, cricket ground and many other. But when Raja,Kamlesh, Sam, Happy, Dimple & Jaswinder got together, all the challenges been conquered and ASIAN STAR been created. Thus ASIAN STAR is founded by
RAJA, KAMLESH, SAM, DIMPLE, HAPPY, JASWINDER, KOMAL & AJAY

MAR 2010 :
ASIAN STAR played our first match with Pattaya
Cricket Club (PCC) and was winning start of the team….

APR 2010 :
ASIAN STAR CRICKET CLUB (ASCC) is officially OPEN.
